New Plymouth Airport offers secure and convenient car parking space with day
and long stay car parking options. The first 2 hours of parking is FREE.
To accommodate people dropping off and pickup travelers, a convenient drop-off
zone just outside the terminal main entrance. No parking or waiting. if you need
to stop for a little longer, head to the car park where you can park FREE for

minutes.
The parking charges are as below:

NOTE: Penalty $100 for lost ticket.
You can now pay by credit card at the parking exit gate, and use your
credit card at entry and exit instead of taking a parking ticket.
When you enter the car park through the barrier arm, you will be issued
an entry ticket, or you can insert your credit card to use instead of a
ticket.
You can pay by cash, EFTPOS, or credit card at one of the pay machines
before exiting the car park, or pay by credit card at the exit gate.
Long-term parking is available with no need to book a space.
Opening Hours
New Plymouth Airport is open daily 1 hour before the first departure and
closes 30 mins after the last arrival.
