1. This parking area is reserved exclusively for airline passengers departing from North Shore Airport, as well as members and guests of the North Shore Aero Club.

2. The maximum parking duration is three months. Any vehicle remaining beyond this period will be considered abandoned and may be sold to recover costs as determined by North Shore Airport.

3. Parking is FREE of charge; however, you must text your vehicle's license plate number to 021 124 5320 to enable us to contact you if necessary.

4. Vehicles are parked here entirely at the owner's risk.

5. You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your vehicle to the car park or other vehicles.

6. North Shore Airport is not liable for any injury to individuals or for any damage or loss to property (including vehicles or their contents).

7. You must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and rules while using this car park. Vehicles must be operated safely, with due care and consideration, and must not be driven in a reckless or hazardous manner.

8. Overnight camping is strictly prohibited.

9. Anyone found damaging the car park, its equipment, or its contents may face prosecution.

10. If you violate these terms, we may issue an enforcement notice, remove your vehicle via towing at your risk and expense, and retain the vehicle until all outstanding charges and administrative fees are paid. All applicable legal actions and bylaws will be enforced to uphold these conditions.
