The Airport Terminal is open daily 90 minutes from the first arrival/departure in the morning to 90 minutes after the last arrival/departure in the evening. The Airport Corporate Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. For enquiries outside of these hours please email us info@pnairport.co.nz.

There is a cafe (Café Ignition) located on the first floor. It is open from 6.00 am until the last flight departs, seven days a week. The cafe is the perfect place to relax before your flight or while you wait for your visitors to arrive!

A BNZ ATM machine is located adjacent to the toilets on the ground floor. A convenient store selling books, newspapers, magazines, sweet treats and drinks, gifts and essential travel products, and is open daily from the first to last flights.

Touch & Go Cafe located adjacent to the arrivals doors offers a selection of hot and cold cabinet food and fantastic coffee. The Touch & Go Café is the perfect place to grab a quick coffee or takeaway snack before heading away.

With free WIFI network available, you can stay connected the whole time you’re inside the terminal building. There are two charging station areas available to all airport visitors, at the bench seats in Café Ignition, and at the top of the stairs opposite the entry to the Air New Zealand Regional Lounge. Please just remember not to leave your device unattended while charging for all the obvious reasons!

Located on the first floor of the Airport terminal, Air New Zealand’s Regional Lounge, features large windows offering views onto the runway below and seating for up to 120 guests, with four different seating areas to choose from.

Mobility parking is available in marked spaces in both car parks. Inside the terminal, lifts are located to the right of the check-in desks on the way to the departures gate. Café Ignition is wheelchair accessible and friendly airport customer services team is available to help.

For families travelling with little ones, baby changing tables are available for both mums and dads. Located in the Unisex Disabled Toilet and Women’s Disabled Toilet which are adjacent to the ATM machine on the ground floor of the terminal building.
