The comfort and safety of all passengers in Tauranga Airport is important.
As well as the usual check in and baggage claim facilities there are pleasant
waiting areas with great views of arriving and departing aircraft.

The airport café in the main terminal building is open daily from 30 minutes
before the first scheduled flight departs until the last flight departs. As well
as a range of fresh sandwiches, wraps, cakes, slices and drinks, a range of
reading material and souvenirs are also available.

There is a board room in the terminal building available for hire. The room can
accommodate 12 people. A white board, overhead projector and screen are fitted.
